Hai everyone. So today i would like to share about interview. Huhu.. xde la nak cakap aku expert untuk interview ni. tapi, seems aku join satu seminar ni and got few tips from the experienced people who have been recruiters before in our industry. Forgot their names.

Tips yang nak pergi interview ni.. sebab bukan apa. Ada yang terlebih confidence, low confidence and semuanya  la yang last2 kena reject. Bukan aku cakap. Hands up**. Experienced people.. last2 kena reject jugak sebab without our acknowledgeable, might be of our bad habits.

Non-verbal
Factors expected of the candidates by the Hiring Manager :
1. Conservative color, dress
2. Hair
3. Make up
4. Odor
5. Grooming
6. Copy of resumes, notepad, pen



Non-verbal interview during interview
1. Smile :) - broad grin works wonder to convey that you are eager, confident and pleasant to work
2. Handshake and walk into the office should be confidently firm, but not bone crushing
Be sure palms dry, not sweaty. 
Walk tall -purposely, confidently
Exit handshake
3. Posture -sit up straight
4. eye contact -helps your engage interviewer
5. Hand gestures -keep gestures small, contained and close to your body
6. Bad habits -can derail your performance. contoh macam ketuk meja, crossing fingers, and etc.



                                               DON'T.   Crossing fingers.


7. other inappropriate body language/behaviors-

  • leg shaking
  •  twirling in the swivel chair
  • legs wide-open arm stretched out


8. confident voice projection -demonstrate confidence, avoid a weak, high pitched, timid and baby soft
9. verbal tics to avoid - uh, ah, um, like, you know
  • trailing off at the end of a response
  • raising your voice in a questioning manner

10. How to ensure all your non-verbals
  • Make a great an impression and you look right for the interviews
  • Engage in mock interview
  • Practice in front of a mirror until body language becomes natural.







WHAT YOU MUST ALWAYS AMAGINE...

What are prospective that employer looks in a candidate? As a knowledge university level.

Means contohnya, recruiters ask you beyond our knowledge, luar daripada scope course kita. Kalau you guys from BIS (Business Information System) background, then the recruiters ask you about. "Can you tell me about digital technology?"

Recruiters are expecting you guys to know about that. If we dunno, we should not say that we do not know but trying to answer by telling what you know.  contoh, you tahu pasal database, so share what you expert at or know about pasal database.
Ans : According to my limited knowledge.. tell what you know more, dont ever tell I dont know.

1. What can you contribute to our company? 
2. How long you are going to work with our company?
Ans: As long you need my service. coz Japanese culture is about loyalty.
3. What are prospective employers look in a candidate?

-have skills, abilities, and experience
-enthusiasm and work ethic expectation
4. How and what to prepare?
Ans: Read the requirement in the job advertisement

Employer comprehensive questions:
1. Tell me about our company.
2. Why did you decide to seek a position in this company?
3. How can you contribute?

Strategy in the interview. 
1. Showcase your knowledge.
2. Negative things to change into positive things.
3. Ask questions about the company.
Cara : I believe your company valued staff that can contribute to the organization. Can ask about expected value, position, company, plan of the company and etc.
